Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee productivity and operations enablement initiatives received from client Small Business Group (SBG) programs, including but not limited to: provisioning management, optimizing the use of infra, and the deployment of tech projects across programs, including pilot programs and on-site coordination, implementation, as well as user testing and troubleshooting.
- Efficiently manage and implement operational processes, tools and systems, resource provisioning, and risk management by collaborating closely with Clients Change Enablement and Vendor Enablement points of contact.
- Play an active role by contributing to improving product, process and support system solutions.
- Provide feedback to the Tooling Council and facilitate the feedback gathering of tooling and system needs across programs, translates business requirements into insights shared with client.
- Manage tactical operations, measurement, and reporting initiatives across SBG programs received from client, working in partnership with Vendor Leadership and client points of contact to deliver functional requirements and manage the productivity and tooling needs of the programs.
- A single point of contact for task management, ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols.
- Oversee task quality assurance, addressing low-quality tasks and maintaining high standards.
Key Deliverables & Performance Indicators:
- Operational process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Effective tools and systems management that support business objectives.
- Timely resolution of tasks and issues, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient issue resolution.
- High-quality task management, minimizing repeat instances and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
- Proactively identify operational risks and define mitigation options for both major and minor risk exposures. Execute mitigation initiatives and coordinate resolution with Vendor Leadership and client.
Role Requirements
- 3-5+ years' experience in Operations, Program Management, Change Management, or Operations Enablement.
- Proven experience managing process improvements, tooling deployments, and operational projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across clients, vendors, and leadership teams.
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and project coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and operational/project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are advantageous.
