Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and details oriented Finance Controller who will be responsible for managing all day‑to‑day accounting operations and month end close. The role will ensure audit-ready financials while building strong processes and internal controls in fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Finance Professionals with expertise in:

✅Finance Reporting & compliance
✅ End-to-End Month-End Close & General Ledger Management
✅ Accounting & Controlling Operations
✅ Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
✅ Internal Controls, Audit & Compliance
✅ Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
✅ IFRS, US GAAP, and Statutory Reporting

✅ Process Standardisation and Operating Model Improvements
✅ Continuous Improvement and Service Delivery Optimisation
✅ ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
✅ Process Improvement, Automation & Finance Transformation Initiatives.

Preferred Profile

🔹6-19 years of relevant experience
🔹 CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
🔹 Flexibility to collaborate with global teams across different time zones

🔹 Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; experience with Power BI, Power Query or similar analytics tools.
