What you'll do:
Reporting to the Meat Manager the Meat Cutter will support the safe, efficient and customer-focused operation of the Meat department. Duties will include:
Cut, trim, prepare, package, price, and display meat, fish, and seafood products.
Provide friendly and helpful customer service, including support with special orders.
Receive, inspect, store, and rotate products according to food safety and quality standards.
Follow production, stock control, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and equipment.

Who you are:
You have 1 year of relevant meat-cutting experience.
You have a Grade 12 education or equivalent
You can lift up to 50lbs.
You are committed to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and safe work practices.
You are customer-focused, reliable, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
