Temporary Works Coordinator | Offshore Wind | Scotland | 12-Month Contract

Coast Renewable Services is currently looking for an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) to join a major offshore wind project in Scotland.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity working on a large-scale renewable energy project.

The Role

As Temporary Works Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating temporary works across the project and making sure everything is properly planned, designed, checked and implemented in line with project requirements and relevant standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating temporary works from initial requirements through to installation, inspection and removal
• Maintaining the Temporary Works Register
• Coordinating Temporary Works Designers and Design Checkers
• Reviewing temporary works designs, calculations and supporting documentation
• Making sure design briefs, permits and approvals are in place
• Working closely with construction, engineering, lifting and HSE teams
• Carrying out inspections and ensuring works are installed in line with approved designs
• Managing changes to temporary works throughout the project
• Supporting the safe and efficient delivery of site activities

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience working as a Temporary Works Coordinator on major construction, infrastructure, marine or energy projects
• Recognised Temporary Works Coordinator training/qualification
• Good knowledge of temporary works procedures and BS 5975
• Strong site and construction coordination experience
• A good understanding of health and safety requirements
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well with different project teams

Experience within offshore wind, marine, ports or major renewable energy projects would be an advantage.
