    • Drive process optimization by identifying opportunities for enhancement, preparing performance metrics, and facilitating alignment across teams.
    • Act as finance subject‑matter contributor on global initiatives such as S/4HANA deployments and other supply chain transformations, ensuring finance requirements are effectively represented.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain costing roles.
    • Professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
    • Proven proficiency in SAP or similar integrated manufacturing systems.
    • Strong digital and data literacy, including the ability to leverage analytics for decision support and process efficiency.
    • Fluency in English and Japanese

    • Skilled in managing competing priorities, analyzing complex data, and applying problem‑solving to supply chain challenges.

    What We’ll Do for You

    • Enable you to work on regional and global initiatives that directly support Coca‑Cola’s supply chain and operational strategies.
    • Provide exposure to digital transformation projects that shape how finance operates globally, expanding your technical capabilities.
