    • Maintain relevant ERP master data, work instructions and process documentation

    • Partner with Warehouse, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Inventory teams to improve order accuracy, service levels and operational efficiency

    About You

    • Strong administrative, organisational and prioritisation skills

    • A customer-focused approach and the ability to manage order issues calmly and efficiently

    • Clear communication skills and confidence working across multiple operational teams

    • Excellent attention to detail when reviewing orders, documentation and reporting data

    • Confidence using ERP systems, operational reports and dashboards

    • A proactive, collaborative and improvement-focused approach

    • Start on a 7-month contract with the opportunity to become a permanent team member

    • Full-time role: 40 hours per week

    • A varied role across warehouse operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain and regulatory administration

    • Experience in order management, operational reporting, compliance and continuous improvement
