We are looking for a full-time **Business Development Intern (Sales intern)** to join the passionate Codingal team. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Responsible for student retention, renewals, and referrals 2. Engage and retain existing customers while cultivating profitable relationships 3. Interact with customers via calls and messages 4. Achieve monthly targets in a highly performance-driven, competitive environment 5. Collect feedback from parents and ensure timely action is taken **What We’re Looking For** 1.

Computer Science or technical background preferred but not mandatory 2. Freshers looking to build a career in sales are welcome to apply 3. Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver a sales pitch like a charm and maintain healthy customer relationships 4. Fast, self-driven learner who can get up to speed on our products and services within 2 days 5. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field (preferred) **Compensation & Perks** * INR 22k stipend per month, with additional incentives (upto 15-20k per month) based on target achievement * Potential PPO after 6 months (based on performance): 4L fixed annual salary + 6L annual incentives (up to 10L total cash CTC) * Free lunch & dinner * Exposure to a fast-paced Ed-Tech startup **Work Location & Schedule** * **Location:** HSR Layout, Bangalore, India * **Shift Time:** 1 pm to 10 pm * **Week Off:** Any one day between Monday and Friday * This is an in-person role, with no remote option available.
