Under minimal supervision, acts as customer factory liaison for product reliability of Continuous Product Improvement activities.
Supports all aspects of individual or multiple accounts from sales support to equipment performance improvement programs.
Graduate of Engineering course preferably Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical.
4 Year BS Technical Course Graduate or equivalent experience.
With eight (8) years experience in relation to customer service.
Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings and detailed blueprints; use common tools, customized or specialized tools and mechanical fixtures.
Possess advanced electro-mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Must possess and demonstrate data base skills.
Ability to use diagnostic terminal at an advanced level.
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Word and Excel analysis
Able to conduct level 2/3 training
Must possess good communication and presentation skills.
