Lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management, en-suring operational excellence, compliance, and employee-centric service delivery.
Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA), learning and development, leadership development, succession planning, workforce capability initiatives, and HRDC compliance.
Coach and develop HR team capabilities through knowledge sharing, cross-training, and continuous improvement.
Lead HR compliance, governance, ISO/RBA audits, CAPA management, and data privacy initiatives to ensure regulatory and organizational com-pliance.
Drive HR transformation, digitalization, process improvement, and organi-zational development initiatives.
Deliver HR analytics, reporting, workforce planning insights, and recom-mendations to support business growth.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders and lead strategic HR pro-jects and initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administra-tion, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Good knowledge of HR operations, learning and development, compliance, audits, and HR project management.
Experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or multination-al environment is preferred.
Experience supporting or coordinating ISO, RBA, customer, or regulatory audits is highly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
