We are looking for an Order Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth end‑to‑end order processing, from handling customer enquiries and purchase orders to tracking shipments and supporting sales operations with accurate reporting.

Impact You Will Make

• Manage customer’s enquiries promptly.

• Manage and process customer purchase orders, ensures order accuracy and completeness of order processing in a timely manner.

• Acknowledge PO receipts and send order confirmation to customer.

• Manage and communicate sales orders with operation team.

• Monitor backlog report and maintain accurate shipment dates and information.

• Track POs receipt and update related tools and files.

• Generate customer reports.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).

• High English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
