Part-Time Content Marketing Specialist (Reno, Remote)

This job is listed as part-time but our goal is to move this person to full-time as quickly as possible.

We are looking for that enthusiastic, creative person who has a can-do attitude. We’re looking for the person who is undaunted by wearing many hats bouncing between writing an article about jewelry, to editing copy for a construction website, to crafting a witty email for a nonprofit. You love the idea of taking on challenges you’ve never tackled before and coming up with creative solutions for small business problems. Obviously, it can’t all be fun and games, but you find a way to balance the enjoyable work like writing, with the necessary evil of administrative duties sprinkled in.

As a content marketing specialist at Collab.ink you will get the joy of running with projects on your own while also collaborating with others on the account as a whole or on larger projects.

Although you have skills in marketing and some years under your belt, this position will give you the opportunity to grow. It will help you push your writing to the next level, grow as a professional possibly taking on some management skills, and dig into your creativity working for clients in a variety of industries.

Responsibilities:

●      Develop content strategy

●      Write articles for blogs

●      Write and design email content

●      Design drip email campaigns

●      SEO knowledge for articles and website copy

●      Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

●      Perform market analysis and research competition

●      Support with daily administrative tasks

●      Prepare promotional material for clients

●      Help distribute marketing materials

●      Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

●      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

●      Strong reading and research skills

●      Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

●      Self-starter and time management skills

●      Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites

●      Prefer familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tool, Online analytics, Mailchimp)

●      Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
