Enterprise Account Executive (Healthcare Experience)

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, discover, demo, negotiate, and close.
• Build a territory from scratch through highly strategic outbound and multi-channel campaigns.
• Develop trust and rapport with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders in health systems and medical groups.
• Tailor demos that highlight value and solve meaningful financial and operational problems.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine our ideal customer profile, messaging, and ICP penetration strategy.
• Use tools like Salesforce, ChatGPT, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage and advance deals.
• Help shape our GTM strategy by sharing on-the-ground feedback and market intelligence.
• Consistently exceed quota and meet pipe generation goals

Who You Are

• 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience in a B2B SaaS Healthcare Tech organization
• Proven hunter with a track record of success in outbound prospecting and self-sourced pipeline.
• Strong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent discovery and storytelling skills.
• Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers; familiarity with multi-stakeholder and six-figure deals.
• High adaptability—you thrive in a fast-moving, high-change environment.
