Position:  Banking Center Manager

Location:  Tallahassee, FL

Position Purpose:  

Direct platform in banking center to provide efficient, high quality customer service, achieve retail sales targets, and deliver profitably through a well-trained and motivated staff. 

Primary Job Functions:

• Foster a culture of transparent communication within the banking center(s).

• Recruit, train, and coach a high performing team by providing leadership, guidance, and hands on support.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations.

• Perform Universal Banker duties efficiently and with minimal exceptions to help with workflow, short staffing, and customer needs.

• Create a healthy work environment for team members and a customer-centric environment to enhance customer service.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) or more years Bank experience
• Financial lending experience preferred
• Public communications experience
• Relevant computer skills
