Delivery Driver

Position Summary:

The Driver for Johnstown, PA responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of automotive and industrial paint products and supplies to our customers. As the face of our company during deliveries, this role must demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to transport products to body shops, industrial facilities, and other customer locations.
• Verify and load customer orders accurately based on invoices or packing slips.
• Unload deliveries at customer sites, ensuring products are delivered in good condition.
• Maintain delivery logs, mileage reports, and delivery records as required.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist in warehouse duties when needed (e.g., stocking, picking, packing).
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations and policies.
• Provide excellent service and represent Colours, Inc. in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform other duties within store as assigned during driver downtime.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Non CDL.
• Previous experience in route delivery required; warehouse or distribution is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of local delivery routes and territory is helpful
