Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Minimum of five (5) years of injection molding experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating injection molding presses and related auxiliary equipment.
- Ability to read and understand work orders, process sheets, production schedules, and manufacturing documentation.
- Knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Experience performing machine setups, mold changes, and process adjustments.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot molding processes and equipment.
- Ability to accurately complete production and quality documentation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 55 lbs.
Must be able to remain on feet for extended periods of time.
Must be able to climb stairs.
Must be able to reach 6-7 ft., with stool.
Must possess visual acuity.
Must be mechanically inclined.
Must be able to use a torque wrench, with variances of 90 / 150 ft. lbs.
Must be able to bend and stoop.
Must be able to work in excessive heat.
