MIDWEST COAST TRANSPORT (MCT) IS LOOKING FOR A SEASONAL/TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ASSISTANT FOR THEIR SANFORD, FL LOCATION
Job Description/ Requirements:
Must be able to maneuver high volume phone responsibilities on multiple lines.
Switchboard and 10 Key Skills
Various office duties, filing, sorting, faxing. Whatever is needed.
Must have pleasant phone etiquette.
Will greet incoming guests.
Must have intermediate computer skills.
Data Entry entering/logging various rates and information and bills of lading.
***This is a temporary/seasonal position***
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ***with overtime as needed. Could be less than 40 hours until season is in full swing.***
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
Rate of pay: $11.00/Hourly
