This role architects advanced, AI-powered technical product solutions and leads deep technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients. Job Description

As a key driver of FreeWheel's Build On strategy, this job spearheads how clients and partners build on our products, shaping extensible, future-proof solutions across streaming platforms. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and delivering comprehensive technical sales support, integrating strong business and functional insight while acting as a key contributor in a complex, mission-critical environment, with opportunities to lead teams and high-impact projects and to share specialized expertise.

Core Responsibilities

• Architecting complex technical product solutions based on detailed analysis of customer requirements
• Leading technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to identify business needs and translate them into comprehensive solution designs
• Mentoring junior technical sales engineers while providing advanced troubleshooting support for critical customer implementations
• Developing strategic product integration roadmaps through collaboration with cross-functional teams and key enterprise customers
• Orchestrating proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations to validate proposed technical solutions for prospects
• Analyzing customer technical environments to recommend optimal configurations for product delivery and platforms
• Synthesizing complex technical requirements into clear solution proposals aligned with customer business objectives and technical constraints
• Implementing advanced technical solutions while providing expertise on platforms and product delivery architectures
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Compensation

New York Pay Range: $126,050.05 - $189,075.08
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
