We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Food Service Staff at Ruleville Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

• · Responsible for the completion of a variety of tasks relating to the preparation, service, and cleanup of food to residents.
• · Responsible for creating a clean and exceptional dining experience for our guests.
• · Responsible for sanitation and upkeep of the kitchen areas.

The Ideal Candidate:

• · Ability to follow all policy, procedures and service standards.
• · Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and safely with all service and kitchen equipment.
• · Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
• · Ability to communicate effectively.
• · Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.
• · High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Other Qualifications

• · Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.
• · Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
• · Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• · Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.
• · 6 months dietary services / cooking experience preferred.
