RN Weekend Supervisor - Trinity Trace Community Care Center

In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

Shift Times:  7A-11P

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

• · Demonstrates leadership and can organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.
• · Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget.
• · Maintains effective interpersonal relationships.
• · Implement changes as determined by the Nursing Director.
• · Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing.
• · Must demonstrate ability to evaluate the geriatric resident's needs and implement systems.

The Ideal Candidate:

• · Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• · Demonstrated leadership skills.
• · Ability to work weekends.
• · Current/active CPR certification preferred.
• · Long-term care experience preferred.

Other Qualifications

• · Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• · Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
• · Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
