    Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant

    Location:

    Pendleton Outpatient Supervisor: Practice Manager (Admin), Medical Director (Clinical) FLSA: *Non-Exempt Hourly, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Paygrade: B07 ($23.13 - $33.56 per hour, depending on experience) *** $5,500 Hiring Bonus available until 10/31/26!! (2 year Commitment, Staggered-taxed Payout) Community Counseling Solutions provides a team-based Servant Leadership environment! Located in Eastern Oregon with year-round recreation based near the Columbia River and at the base of the Blue Mountains.

Interact with patients both in person while performing simple procedures / treatments and by phone. Perform a wide variety of administrative/clerical and clinical duties under the direction of the Licensed Medical Personnel (LMP). Promote team concept and the mission and values of the Health Department.

    Perform other related work as required. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Administrative/Clerical: Greeting patients and visitors Answering phones/scheduling appointments Filling out and submitting insurance forms Establish and maintain patient charts Medical Records filing/updating/record keeping May perform other duties as required Clinical : Prepares/maintains examination rooms Prepares patients for examinations Assists LMP during examinations Scheduling/reporting laboratory work Maintains inventories and orders medication Coordinates with LMP to obtain appropriate prescription medication for patients May perform other duties as required
