POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is part of the clinical team providing quality patient care and facilitating access to other services for our correctional medicine population. This position is responsible to perform overall nursing care, including patient assessment, medication distribution, immunization administration and connection with other CHC/SEK services as needed. The Correctional Medicine Nurse works to ensure continuity of care both inside and outside the correctional system.
