DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
This position is part of the behavioral health clinical team. This position primarily serves patients within the school setting. The School Based Therapist provides behavioral health assistance through mental health screening, assessment, intervention, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment and monitoring of patient progress through individual, family, and group dynamics. This position collaborates with school personnel, medical and behavioral health teams in treatment of patients. This position participates in school and clinic performance improvement activities.
