Courier - Full-Time

Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

1. Delivers supplies, equipment, mail and reports as needed, including laboratory specimen(s).
2. Loads and unloads vehicles using appropriate means to safely transport costly, perishable and confidential materials.
3. Obtains appropriate signatures and maintains records and documentation of pick-ups, deliveries, driving time, labor time, mileage, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, etc., as assigned.
4. Responds to emergency requests for unscheduled pick-ups and deliveries by contacting the supervisor to resolve schedule conflicts and adjust priorities.
5. Adheres to infection control procedures, safety standards and traffic rules.
6. Reports complaints, observations, problems, suggestions, etc., to supervisor in a timely manner.
7. Performs other duties required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma with at least one (1) year of related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid, unrestricted Colorado Driver’s License.

Compensation:

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $16.50 – 18.98per hour, commensurate with qualifications, education, experience, and other applicable factors. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Additional compensation may be available in the form of discretionary incentive or other compensation programs. Any such additional compensation is not guaranteed and is determined at the sole discretion of the organization based on applicable program terms, individual and/or organizational performance, and other eligibility requirements.
