- Patient Care: Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments for orthopedic injuries and conditions.
- Surgical Assistance: Assist in surgical procedures, including pre-operative preparation, intraoperative support, and post-operative care in the operating room.
- Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Procedures: Perform joint injections, aspirations, fracture reductions, casting, splinting, and other procedures within the scope of practice.

Counsel patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, post-operative instructions, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Coordination of Care: Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and radiologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
