POSITION SUMMARY
Provide support to VP – Business Solutions Manager, VP – Business Solutions, and Business Banking clients on specialized Business Banking products such as ACH Origination, Bill Pay, Express Deposit, Positive Pay, Wire Transfers, Lockbox and Mobile Banking. Additionally, establish/open and provide ongoing customer service on all types of Business Banking deposit accounts and associated add-on services such as Business Credit Cards, Merchant Services and products offered through Intrafi Financial Network.
Work onsite and at times in the field both independently and/or jointly with VP - Business Solutions or Business Bankers to install, train and provide ongoing customer service / sales support for Business Banking clients. The incumbent should be comfortable with the sales process as they will also participate at times in joint calling efforts and make presentations with both internal and external business partners as needed.
They will actively participate in bank wide committees as assigned.
