Brakin Out is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to elevating disadvantaged youth by offering them second chances through mentorship and empowerment programs. Our mission is to elevate our disadvantaged youth by offering them a second chance through mentorship and reclamation. Established in Tampa, Florida, and now expanding in Dallas, Texas, Brakin Out Inc. specializes in mentorship programs addressing lack of self-esteem, LGBT+ coming out, relationships, peer-to-peer support, family or self-hurt issues, and bullying. Brakin Out Inc. is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a Board Member, you will be at the forefront of guiding the strategic direction of our organization, ensuring effective governance, and championing our mission to provide second chances and mentorship to at-risk youth.
