Supervise and promote activities designed to enhance the emotional, social, intellectual, and physical development of each child. - Implement appropriate lesson plans with a variety of materials in the various content areas. - Maintain assessments of each child's development, prepare parent reports.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the guidelines in the employee handbook. Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
Sensitivity and maturity when relating to children and adults- Strong work ethic and the ability to consistently meet a schedule of up to 40 hours/week or part time schedule
1-2 years Early Childhood Education Experience/ Previous Childcare Experience strongly desired
Must possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) OR
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or any major with relevant experience
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
