    Job description

    Applicants must have Bachelors Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other human services field and at least 1 year experience with at-risk youth. Masters Degree in counseling-related field preferred. We also provide residency supervision toward licensure.

    If so, then Compass may be the place you're looking for! Compass Counseling Services of Virginia is a family-focused counseling agency providing clinical services to the youth and families of Staunton, Harrisonburg, Lexington and the respective surrounding areas.

    And we currently have positions available in all three locations!

    Compass is looking for professionals who have a desire to empower children and their families, to fill the current part-time and full-time positions available in our Intensive In-Home program. All applicants must have afternoon and evening availability.
