Interns are supported by a robust leadership and supervision structure, including: Clinical supervisors, site supervisor, clinical director, weekly team meeting and weekly supervision offerings in addition to weekly individual supervision
Clear escalation pathways are in place to ensure intern support and client safety
Emphasis on learning, growth, feedback, and skill development
Opportunities for continuing education courses to learn specific treatment modalities and areas of interest
Participate in community development activities and other tasks as assigned

Eligibility Requirements
Currently enrolled in a graduate-level mental health program requiring a clinical internship or practicum
Eligible to see clients under supervision per academic and state requirements
