Position Description
The Field Coordinator provides on-the-ground operational support to the Regional Operations Manager within an assigned region or territory. You will work closely with field teams, warehouse staff, and agronomy personnel to keep daily activities running smoothly — from farmer engagement and aggregation centre support to data collection and logistics coordination.

Designated Territory: JUAPONG, ATEBUBU, GAA, KADJEBI, AFRAM PLAINS, TUMU, YENDI, NALERIGU, GBONG
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Regional Operations Manager in executing day-to-day field operations across the designated region or territory
- Assist farmers in adopting Complete Farmer technology products, often working through field agents
- Provide on-site support for farmer certification processes and ESG project activities
- Help coordinate logistics and documentation for commodity movements and order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate operational data and submit timely reports to the Regional Operations Manager
- Liaise with farmers, local stakeholders, and community leaders to strengthen relationships and resolve operational challenges
- Travel frequently to farming sites and centres within the region as operational needs require
What You’ll Bring:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, supply chain management, or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in field operations, agronomy support, or commodity aggregation —preferably within agriculture or agribusiness
- Working knowledge of crop-handling practices, post-harvest processes, and basic agronomy principles
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow through on multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Comfort with digital tools and mobile data-collection platforms
- Ability to ride a motorbike and a valid license with a clean record
- Familiarity with basic farm machinery (e.g., tractors, planters) is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region/territory as operational needs require
