    ComplyAdvantage is looking for a detailed, tech-savvy Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations across our expanding international regions. In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Finance, and external providers to execute flawless monthly and semi-monthly runs, resolve employee queries, and ensure strict compliance. If you thrive in fast-paced, multinational environments and love leveraging automation and data accuracy to scale HR processes, we would love to have you on our team.
    As a Payroll Specialist, you will:

    • Execute timely and accurate payroll processing on a monthly and semi-monthly basis;

    • Monitor legislative and compliance changes and support timely implementation of any required payroll updates;
    • Ensure secure handling, storage, and transmission of sensitive payroll data, in line with data protection standards and company policy;
    • Offer support during the implementation of global-scale payroll projects.

    From time to time, you will also:

    • Manage more complex employee lifecycle cases as they arise, such as terminations, retroactive adjustments, and off-cycle payments;

    • Take ownership of payroll data quality through periodic audits and data-cleansing activities;
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to improve data flow and operational efficiency;
    • Help develop and maintain internal controls that reduce the risk of payroll errors or data inconsistencies;
    • Support testing, validation, and feedback cycles when payroll-related tools or systems are updated;
    • Maintain audit readiness by organizing documentation and ensuring traceability of payroll data.

    Team Responsibilities:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to investigate queries and escalate as required on a timely basis both internally and externally.
    • Ability to respect, protect, and maintain highly confidential information.
