Presales Expert / Solution Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Presales Expert / Solution Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, guiding both their business decisions and technical adoption of COMPREDICT’s virtual sensor solutions. Working closely with our sales, data science, and product teams, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive customer engagement and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

• Act as the primary technical advisor to prospects, showcasing how our AI-powered virtual sensors address their unique challenges.
• Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations that resonate with the customer's needs and priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, vehicle engineering teams, and software integration experts.

Sales Cycle support

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose optimal solutions.
• Respond to RFQs and other customer inquiries with precise technical insights.
• Design and support proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate and demonstrate the potential of COMPREDICT’s solutions.

Technical Expertise

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of COMPREDICT’s AI-driven software, including architecture, features, and applications.
• Address complex technical questions, ensuring prospects and customers fully understand the value of our solutions.
• Provide post-sales technical support, ensuring a seamless transition from evaluation to implementation.

Market and Product Insights

• Gather and share customer feedback to shape product development and roadmap strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive technologies, and advancements in AI and automotive data analytics.

Ihr Profil

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5+ years of experience as a presales engineer, technical consultant, or in a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably within the enterprise software industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working with automotive clients or on data-driven products is a strong advantage.
• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics principles, with the ability to apply them to real-world business scenarios.
• Automotive Standards & SDV Concepts: Familiarity with automotive standards and frameworks, such as ASIL, CAN, AUTOSAR, COVESA, and Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) concepts, is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying and effectively conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously.
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is a strong plus.
