Are you looking to kick-start your career in Finance? Join our Jersey Trust and Company Administration team as an Operations Administrator.
We have an opportunity available for proactive, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality administration services across employee benefit trusts and related structures.
You'll be joining a supportive environment where learning, development and career progression are genuinely encouraged. As part of our friendly Operations team, you'll work closely with colleagues across our Employee Share Plans business, gaining valuable experience within the financial services industry. Our office is located in the heart of St Helier and even features a fantastic roof terrace for you to enjoy.

A role you will love
As an Operations Administrator, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day administration of employee benefit trusts and related structures. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing and processing documentation, and supporting the wider team with administration, documentation and operational processes.
Your attention to detail, organisational skills and commitment to delivering high-quality work will help ensure an efficient and reliable service for our clients.
This role offers excellent exposure to trust administration, financial services, operations and client services, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their knowledge and build a long-term future within the industry. You'll gain hands-on experience, receive structured training, and be supported every step of the way as you grow professionally.

Previous administration, customer service, financial services, banking, or office-based experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
Please note you must have five years' residency in Jersey, entitled status or the equivalent right to work, to be considered for this role.
