🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, yoga, spin, pilates, dance, water aerobics)
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications for varying fitness levels
- Monitor participants' form and safety throughout sessions
- Create engaging playlists and choreograph routines to enhance class experience
- Maintain a clean and safe workout space, including equipment checks
- Track attendance and participant progress
- Stay current with fitness trends and certifications
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary
📚 Qualifications
- Certification from recognized organizations (e.g., ACE, AFAA, ACSM, Les Mills)
- CPR/AED certification required
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
- Experience leading group fitness classes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High personal fitness level and ability to model exercises
