Restaurant Attendant / Busser – 34° North Restaurant at the Beaufort Hotel
The 34° North Restaurant located inside the Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking energetic and team-oriented Restaurant Attendants / Bussers to join our Food & Beverage team.
This position plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment for both hotel guests and local patrons. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Quickly clean and reset tables to maintain an organized and guest-ready dining area
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of service stations including silverware, linens, condiments, and supplies
- Greet guests warmly and assist with providing beverages, bread service, and additional guest requests
- Assist servers and restaurant staff during busy service periods
- Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, service areas, and restaurant spaces
- Assist with opening and closing side work duties
- Work closely with restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Provide friendly and professional guest service at all times
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift
Compensation
- Estimated pay range is between $10 - $16 per hour (includes base pay and tips)
