What you will do in this role 

- Manage your book of business that consists of existing clients.
- Consistently deliver towards revenue targets while delivering an outstanding customer sales experience.
- Communicate proactively with customers via phone and email.
- Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets.
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound.
- Focus on driving profitability through proactive management.
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales plan.
- Assess opportunities for upgrades and additional managed services.
- Review levels of client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.

- Have a native level of French and fluent English.
- Have excellent negotiation and strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including excellent telephone and presentation skills.
- Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork and collaboration, motivation, and effective time and work prioritization.
- Can demonstrate innovation and good judgment and problem-solving skills when making decisions.
- Are an eager and quick learner with a strong team-work spirit.
- Are able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Have B2B sales and/or account management experience — this is a plus. 

What’s in it for you 

- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract:  Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
- Base salary of 19,623 euros gross/year + bonus up to 4.500 euros gross/year + private medical insurance
- Office location in Barcelona, opportunity for hybrid work model
- Full paid training. Training lasts about 2 weeks and covers sales and product.
