Job Description
The Social Insurance Associate is responsible for handling complex social insurance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting process improvements, and acting as a subject matter expert for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review social insurance transactions.
- Handle complex employee cases and escalations.
- Coordinate with government offices regarding social insurance matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation.
- Support audits and compliance activities.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Track and report operational metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, HR, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Social Insurance operations.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian Social Insurance laws and practices.
- Experience handling Form 1, Form 6, salary updates, and compliance activities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
