As an Operations Manager, you will:

🔹 Lead, coach, and develop a team of Team Leaders

🔹 Drive performance across service, quality, productivity, and customer experience metrics

🔹 Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

🔹 Analyse performance data and implement improvement plans

🔹 Create an engaging, high-performing culture where teams thrive

🔹 Work closely with HR, Training, Quality, WFM, and Recruitment to deliver results

🔹 Own operational success and continuously improve processes

🏆 What We're Looking For

✔ Operations Manager experience within BPO, Contact Centre, Customer Service, CX, Shared Services, or Operations environments

✔ Proven leadership experience managing leaders and large teams

✔ Strong stakeholder and client management skills

✔ Data-driven decision maker with excellent problem-solving abilities

✔ Passion for coaching, developing people, and driving performance

✔ Fluent Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2+)
