Social Insurance Supervisor
Job Description
The Social Insurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all social insurance operations, ensuring compliance with Egyptian Social Insurance regulations, managing the team’s day-to-day activities, and maintaining strong relationships with governmental authorities and external stakeholders. The role will ensure timely processing of all social insurance transactions and drive continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the Social Insurance team.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Egyptian Social Insurance laws and regulations.
- Oversee Form 1, Form 6, salary amendments, and all related social insurance activities.
- Manage relationships with Social Insurance offices and governmental authorities.
- Monitor service levels, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
- Support audits and compliance reviews.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, HR, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Social Insurance operations.
- Minimum 2 years of people management or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance regulations and procedures.
- Experience dealing directly with governmental authorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
