On-site in far west El Paso, TX

Salary - $15 per hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Training Schedule: Monday- Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) Overtime may be required.

Production Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with 1 day off during the week, hours will vary between 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. (up to 12 hours shift based on volume)

  What you will be doing:

• Training is mandatory and attendance is very critical.
• Training will be 4-6 weeks from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
• After training all employees are scheduled to work on Saturdays
• Mon-Sat (day off during the week)
• Data Entry 1st shift will arrive at 7:00 AM
• Open, sort and tape RTS mail with flexibility to cross-train and work in similar processes
• Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
• Creating and sorting scanned images, documents, files, and archives in various form types
• Identifies documents and their purpose and follow company processing procedures
• Attention to detail is critical and ability to pick up on processes quickly is a must

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Must be able to key 45 WPM preferred
• Intermediate Computer Skills

People who succeed in this role have:

• Previous working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and some data entry.
• Ability to perform repetitive and physical movements throughout work shift.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Medical, Hospital and Dental insurance Claims is preferred.
• Strong work ethic.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $15.
