The program combines wilderness adventure therapy with a residential experience, farm programming, and comprehensive health and wellness services to guide young adults facing mental health challenges towards engaged, positive, and fulfilling lives.
Job Description:
Clinical Therapists are responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy, development and oversight of individualized treatment plans of participants, the ongoing assessment of participant progress, and supporting the intervention to help individuals heal, recover, and move forward from their challenges. The Clinical Therapist works alongside a team of treatment professionals and direct care staff to better the psychological well-being of participants. As an integral part of a growing team, the Clinical Therapist will be relied on to help continuously review, improve and further develop both Confluence’s clinical interventions as well as the therapeutic, residential and experiential aspects of the program to better serve the health and wellness of participants and their families.
