Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads and motivates a small team of sales representatives, providing daily guidance and support.
- Trains new team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Develops and implements effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Manages client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Conducts sales negotiations, securing favorable terms and closing deals.
- Utilizes CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Contributes to sales forecasting by analyzing market trends and team performance data.
- Coaches individual team members, identifying areas for development and enhancing their sales skills.
- Communicates clearly and persuasively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Listens actively to customer needs and team feedback, adapting approaches as necessary.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field a plus
Experience
- Possesses 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Demonstrates a foundational understanding of sales principles and customer service.
Knowledge/Skills
- Exhibits strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiently uses CRM Software for data management and reporting.
- Applies best practices in Client Relationship Management.
- Understands basic Negotiation tactics and strategies.
- Grasps fundamental Sales Strategy concepts.
