What You’ll Bring
- as a Maintenance Supervisor You’re organized, dependable, and skilled in both leadership and repair work.
- You bring: 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
- HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
- Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
- High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).
- How You’ll Make an Impact As a Maintenance Supervisor at Conifer Realty, you’ll: Lead and train maintenance staff to uphold Conifer’s quality and safety standards.
- Manage work orders, make-ready units, and preventive maintenance schedules Coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets, inspections, and resident care.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.
- Assist with repairs, groundskeeping, and seasonal tasks when needed.
