We are looking for a reliable, discreet, and professional Executive Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation for our executives, staff, and guests. You will play a key role in daily operations: representing the company to high-profile visitors, coordinating closely with executive assistants, and ensuring every journey runs smoothly and on time.
● Transportation: Provide safe, efficient, and professional driving services for executives, staff, and guests as required.
● Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure vehicles are clean, properly maintained, and serviced regularly.
● Route Planning: Plan and adjust routes for optimal efficiency, taking traffic, weather, and timing into account.
● Airport Transfers: Manage airport pick-ups and drop-offs, including luggage handling and coordination with airport staff if necessary.
● VIP Protocols: Maintain a high standard of professional conduct and service, particularly in formal or high-profile settings.
● Travel Coordination: Work closely with executive assistants and logistics personnel to coordinate travel schedules.
● International Travel: Be available for travel abroad, including oversight and management of vehicles internationally.
● Errands & Deliveries: Handle transportation of documents, packages, or other materials as needed.
● Security Awareness: Ensure safety and confidentiality during all assignments.
● Flexibility: Be available outside standard working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
● Documentation: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, maintenance, and trip details.
● Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional driver; experience as an executive, VIP, or corporate driver is a strong advantage.
● Valid driving license (Category B) with a clean driving record.
● Excellent knowledge of Bremen and the surrounding region, including Bremen and Hamburg airports.
● Confident use of GPS and navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze).
● Clean criminal record (Führungszeugnis) and proven ability to handle confidential information.
● Valid passport with no restrictions on international travel.
● Professional appearance, punctuality, and courteous communication.
● Good command of German and at least conversational English; additional languages are a plus
● Defensive or advanced driving certification.
● First aid certificate.
● Experience driving abroad or an International Driving Permit.
● Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge (tyre change, fluid checks, warning lights).
● Experience with protocol or hospitality in a corporate or diplomatic environment.
● Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
● Discreet, trustworthy, and loyal.
● Well organized, with a strong sense of responsibility for the vehicle and passengers.
● Proactive: anticipates needs before being asked.
