Reporting to the Head of Quality and Audit
- Maintain and update the Quality Assurance Protocol.
- Handles safety enquiries and resolve factory non-compliance.
- Analyse test results and follow up corrective actions.
- Perform online and final inspections as required.
- Support environmental work and FSC order checks.
- Engineering graduate is preferred, but open to relevant background.
- Must have 2 years relevant experience in print, POSM production, or premium categories environment.
- Can be from printing/gifting/advertising industry.
- Full on-site.
