    • Prepare and maintain weekly and rolling cash flow forecasts, including funding requirements and anticipated liquidity needs.
    • Monitor daily and weekly cash positions, upcoming payments and other liquidity requirements, highlighting potential shortfalls and risks.
    • Review intercompany balances and funding opportunities to support cash optimisation, address funding shortfalls and identify potential tax efficiencies.
    • Align regional cash positions and treasury strategies with the overall Group cash management strategy.
    • Support bank account management, banking platform access and other relevant system or application onboarding.
    • Lead weekly cash and liquidity review calls with regional stakeholders and senior leadership, tracking key actions, risks and funding requirements.

    Accounts Payable
    • Provide regional oversight of Accounts Payable activities in collaboration with the SSC and local finance teams.
    • Monitor AP ageing, payment runs, overdue invoices, payment backlogs and other key operational metrics.
    • Ensure supplier payments are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
    • Work closely with the SSC and local finance teams to resolve escalated AP issues and improve overall service delivery.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardise and improve AP processes across the region.
    • Support the implementation and monitoring of appropriate AP controls and governance processes.

    Accounts Receivable & Collections
    • Provide oversight of the regional Accounts Receivable position, ageing and collection performance.
    • Work closely with business and finance teams to drive the timely collection of outstanding balances.
    • Lead weekly AR and collections review calls, tracking actions, overdue balances, collection commitments and expected receipts.
    • Identify and escalate collection risks, significantly aged receivables and potential cash flow impacts.
    • Ensure expected customer collections are appropriately reflected in cash flow forecasts.
    • Support the development of improved visibility and reporting around working capital and collection performance.

    Tax Coordination & Compliance
    • Coordinate and monitor monthly tax-related activities across the region in collaboration with local finance teams and external advisors, where applicable.
    • Review and consolidate monthly tax provisions and ensure appropriate reporting and visibility.
    • Monitor withholding tax (WHT) requirements and support the tracking of related compliance and payment obligations.
    • Maintain a monthly tracker covering key tax filings, payments, provisions and outstanding compliance matters.
    • Follow up with local teams on monthly tax filing updates, deadlines and any identified risks or issues.
    • Escalate significant tax risks, compliance delays or potential exposures to the Finance Controller and relevant stakeholders.

    Working Capital & Process Improvement
    • Support initiatives to improve overall working capital performance across the region.
    • Analyse key drivers impacting cash conversion, including receivables, payables and other working capital balances.
    • Identify risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvements across treasury, AP and AR activities.
    • Develop and maintain relevant reporting and dashboards to improve visibility over cash, liquidity and working capital.
    • Work collaboratively with regional teams and the SSC to drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.

    Key Requirements
