Our modern, patient-focused office is designed to create a comfortable experience for patients and a positive, supportive workplace for our team. We're currently looking for a compassionate, dependable Dental Assistant who enjoys working collaboratively and is ready to make a meaningful impact every day.
Compensation
- $30-$32 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
- Part-time
- Tuesday-Thursday
- 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Assist the doctor during prosthodontic and surgical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
- Take digital radiographs and assist with impressions and other clinical procedures
- Deliver outstanding patient care and education throughout treatment
- Support daily clinical operations while contributing to a positive team culture
What We're Looking For
- Valid Massachusetts Dental Assistant license and Infection Control certification
- At least one year of chairside dental assisting experience
- Surgical assisting experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and an excellent chairside manner
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
