eCommerce & Digitalization Intern

About the Role

At Continental Tires, we are part of a global company that keeps people, goods, and businesses moving. Our tires are on roads around the world, and behind them there is a lot of innovation, teamwork, technology, and people working together to make mobility safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

This internship is for students who want to learn by doing, connect with different teams, and understand how digital tools help customers in a real business environment. You will support eCommerce and digitalization initiatives across the Americas region and get hands-on experience with projects that make the customer journey simpler and better.

Since this is an internship, we do not expect previous professional experience. What matters most is your curiosity, energy, organization, and willingness to learn. We will guide you step by step, and you will gradually take on activities as you grow in the role.

What You Will Do

• Support initiatives to improve customer experience on digital platforms focused on B2B customers
• Help organize customer feedback, business needs, meeting notes, and follow-up materials.
• Collect and organize data to support reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
• Support project activities, documentation, and communication with business and IT teams.
• Support integration testing activities for digital platforms, helping to organize test scenarios, track results, and follow up on issues with business and IT teams.
• Gain practical exposure to real-life B2B system integration projects while building project organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Research eCommerce, customer experience, and digital trends to bring ideas and examples to the team.

Required

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Intermediate English proficiency;
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Availability to work in Jundiaí;
• Curiosity, organization, good communication, and willingness to learn.
