We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA specialist to support our team from Hungary in a backfill role focused on SD Order Management. You will implement, configure, and enhance order management processes in our S/4HANA environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing, data quality, and strong system performance in support of our digital transformation efforts.
- Design, configure, and customize SAP S/4HANA SD module functionalities to meet business requirements for order management processes
- Execute data backfill and migration activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data governance standards
- Analyze current order management workflows and identify optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce processing times
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including configuration specifications, test cases, and user guides
- Perform detailed testing of order management functionalities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SD module
- Troubleshoot and resolve order management issues, providing timely support to end-users and business teams
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while maintaining system stability and performance
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Document lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Several years of hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration and proven experience in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module
- Proven expertise in order management processes and Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows
- Strong knowledge of data migration, backfill techniques, and master data management
- Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and customization methodologies
- Experience with SQL or database query languages for data analysis and validation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
