Specialist Workforce Analytics - CTBC

We're looking for a Specialist Workforce Analytics to join our organization in Timișoara, Romania. You will

• Run sector-wide (for Group Sector and BAs) and HR functional wide (e. g. TMOD and all other HR functions) workforce analytics
• Provide Data structure governance and ensure Data Quality
• Provide HR data and interpretation for management decisions, ad-hoc reporting of HR related KPIs
• Identify gaps in workforce analytics and develop solutions to connect different data sources
• Evaluate and analyze labor costs to consult the management having a competitive labor cost structure
• Providing HR Data consultations for global HR community; guide and consult the HR Community regarding work with HR Data (data structure governance, data quality)
• Interface for data reporting and dashboards to Group COE (GATE, Fluctuate, etc.)
• Explore digital solutions for efficient HR processes within ContiTech in alignment with Group COE and IT
• Support in regular HR processes (e.g. EU Pay Transparency)
• Support in cross functional and transformation projects.

• 3+ years of professional experience in workforce analytics, HR analytics, business analytics, or related analytical role
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Project management skills
• Communication skills
• Familiarity with HR processes and workflows
• Experience with data governance and data quality management
